- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 2 teaspoons, heaped with vanilla sugar
- 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
- Sweetener, (diabetic sweetness)

- Whip the Cremefine firm and chill. Rub the lemon peel, then squeeze the lemon. Put the quark in a bowl, add lemon juice and zest. Add the vanilla sugar and mix everything together. Mix in the thawed raspberries. Now sweeten as needed. Finally fold in the firm Cremefine.
