- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 40 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 500 g quark
- 50 grams sugar
- Lemon juice

- Cook the pudding powder with the sugar and milk according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the quark with the sugar and lemon juice and gradually add the cooled pudding.
- Instead of quark, you can also mix in natural yoghurt, it tastes even fresher.
- If necessary, add sugar or other sweeteners.
- In summer you can put some fruit salad in bowls and spread the quark cream on top, tastes great!
