Ingredients
- 125 g low-fat quark
- some lemon peel, grated
- 250 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 25 g semolina (durum wheat)
- sugar, or sweetener
- fruit

- Mix the quark and season with lemon zest.
- Bring the milk to the boil, sprinkle in the durum wheat semolina while stirring, let it boil for 5 minutes and add sugar to taste. Beat the semolina with the whisk until cool and then mix with the quark. Pour the food over the fruit, chill and serve.
