Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 3 slices bread (black bread)
- 1 glass sour cherries
- 80 g suar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 6 cl rum (Strohrum)
- 1 point vanilla sugar

- Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, 80g sugar, the cream and the cane. Drain the cherries. Crumble the black bread into small pieces. Mix the black bread with 2 tablespoons of sugar. In a glass bowl, first pour the quark cream, then the breadcrumbs and finally the cherries on top. This dessert can be served immediately.
