Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla), prepared, cooled
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- Strawberries or blueberries, fresh or frozen

- Mix the quark in a large container with the mixer until smooth. Then add vanilla pudding (skinless), sugar and some of the berries and mix well. Then whip the cream with the cream stabilizer in an extra container until stiff and stir into the other mixture with a spoon. Then chill.
- To serve, fill the quark dish into small bowls and garnish with the remaining berries.
