Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 170 g powdered suar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 700 ml whipped cream, whipped until stiff
- 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 150 g chocolate sprinkles, white

- Mix well the low-fat quark, mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Clean and puree the strawberries and then add them to the mixture. Finally, sprinkle the white chocolate sprinkles on the strawberry sauce.
- Please put in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
