Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 ml whipped cream or Cremefine for whipping
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 500 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 bar chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. First whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark, mascarpone and powdered sugar together and fold in the cream.
  2. Puree the strawberries.
  3. Put the cream in a glass bowl. Spread the pureed strawberries on the cream. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the strawberry sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
