Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 ml whipped cream or Cremefine for whipping
- 100 g powdered suar
- 500 g strawberries (frozen)
- 1 bar chocolate, white

- First whip the cream until stiff. Mix the quark, mascarpone and powdered sugar together and fold in the cream.
- Puree the strawberries.
- Put the cream in a glass bowl. Spread the pureed strawberries on the cream. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle over the strawberry sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
