  • 120 g bacon, dice
  • 1 onion (s), dice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g cream
  • 500 g pasta (spahetti or other)
  • salt
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Fry the bacon and onion in a small saucepan, set aside. Mix the eggs and cream together. Drain the finished spaghetti and put it back in the saucepan. Add bacon, onion, eggs and cream. Sprinkle the grated Emmentaler cheese and black pepper over the top and mix well. Finished!
