Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 100 g salmon, smoked (fillet or slices)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (neutral)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti as usual.
  2. Cut the onions into the finest possible cubes and the salmon (don`t skimp on quality here) into small pieces. Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible (you can of course also use a garlic press - I personally prefer to chop it).
  3. Steam the onions in oil until translucent, sauté half of the garlic and salmon briefly in them and quickly remove from the heat.
  4. Mix the cream, eggs, (if possible old and freshly grated) Parmesan, the other half of the garlic and spices in a cup.
  5. Pour off the finished spaghetti and quickly put it back into the pot .. Now pour the egg-cream mixture over it and mix it with the spaghetti. If the egg does not start to stagnate from the residual heat of the pot and the noodles, put it back on the stove again for a moment. Finally stir in the salmon and onions.
