Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 500 g onion (s), diced
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 ml ketchup
  • 100 ml chilli sauce, or barbecue sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 500 g spahetti
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g parmesan, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Allow the onions and garlic to turn translucent in the hot oil, add the minced meat at a high temperature and fry until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste and sauces, simmer for about 10 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper, add the herbs at the end and let them steep briefly.
  2. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente and serve the parmesan separately.
