Spaghetti Bolognese

“Bolognese” is a classic sauce for spaghetti and other pasta, which consists of ground beef, tomatoes and spices. Add basil, celery, Parmesan, onions to it. Just yummy!

Ingredients
- Ground beef – 500 Grams
- Tomatoes in their own juice – 600 Grams
- Tomatoes – 5 Pieces
- Celery (branches) – 1-2 Pieces
- Onion – 1 Piece
- Salt – To taste
- Ground black pepper – To taste
- Cream – 5 Tbsp. spoons (12 percent)
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Grated Parmesan cheese – 2-4 Art. spoons
- Basil (leaves) – 2-4 Pieces
Directions
- Peel and cut the onion into small cubes.
- Fry the onions in olive oil, stirring occasionally, until soft.
- Add tomatoes and chopped celery sticks with leaves to the onion. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add cream to the sauce, salt and pepper. Stir.
- Fry the minced meat in another skillet in olive oil.
- Grill the ground beef, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Add the sauce to the minced meat.
- Chop fresh tomatoes, stalk and add to the meat as well.
- Stir and simmer until the tomatoes are soft.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
- Serve the spaghetti Bolognese in portions, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
