Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 500 g round turkey
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- olive oil
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- Parmesan, freshly grated, optional

- Braise the chopped onions with a little olive oil. Add turkey meat and sauté. Add tomato paste and tomato strains and bring to the boil. Add the milk and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let simmer on a low flame for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash and core the zucchini and peel the flesh into strips with a vegetable peeler. Put the zucchini strips in a saucepan with a little salt. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the minced turkey from the heat and drain the zucchini strips. Arranging and serving. If desired, you can sprinkle the spaghetti with a little parmesan.
