Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey meat, diced
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 packet frozen parsley (40 g)
  • 1 cup cream
  • Spice mix (meat and gyro seasonings)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g spahetti
  • Salt water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and use a potato peeler to slice coarse shavings lengthways. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into cubes. Break the spaghetti in half and cook in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Sear the meat in a little oil and season strongly with meat and gyro seasonings. Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onions, carrot shavings and mushrooms in the remaining oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the meat and spaghetti to the remaining ingredients in the pan, add the cream and parsley and briefly heat them together again. Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if necessary, some meat and gyro seasonings.
