Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 800 g pork, seasoned (yros)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle sauce, (pepper steak sauce)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 shot Metaxa
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and pour into a large baking dish.
  2. Sear the gyros in a little oil and spread over the spaghetti. Dice the onions and garlic and fry in the oil. Drain the mushrooms, catching the liquid. Add the mushrooms to the pan, fry them briefly and then put everything in the pan.
  3. Mix the sour cream, pepper sauce and milk in a saucepan and heat, crumble in the sheep`s cheese and stir until the cheese has melted, season the sauce very heartily with Metaxa, salt, pepper and paprika and then pour evenly over the casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
