  • 250 g spahetti
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 ml tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste

Cajun spice mix: for spaghetti

  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until it turns brown. Deglaze with a cup of water and add the ketchup, tomato paste and spaghetti seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer briefly. If necessary, skim the fat from the surface with a tablespoon. Now season with tomato paste, spice or ketchup, add a little water if necessary.
  3. Serve mixed with the spaghetti.
  4. A colorful salad is served with it!
