- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cream cheese, rainier

- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 bunch chives (also frozen), cut into rolls
- Paprika powder, hot pink

- Quark, sour cream and cream cheese are mixed together. The onion and cucumber are peeled and cut into small cubes. The chives are stirred into the cream together with the diced vegetables. The whole thing is then seasoned with paprika powder, salt and pepper and is then ready to serve.
- Homemade potato wedges taste best with it.
