Instructions

  1. Put the flakes with a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar in a breakfast bowl and pour some hot water over them (they should just be covered, alternatively you can swell the flakes in milk). Let soak for about 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the raspberries, flaked almonds, quark and yoghurt (approx. 150 g) and enjoy. Also tastes particularly good to children.
