Instructions

  1. First bring the water to a boil. Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl with the syrup, lime juice, sugar and tea. Keep some raspberries for garnish. Add the hot water to the bowl and stir. Let the whole thing stand for 5 minutes, then strain, collect the punch and strain the raspberries through the sieve into another container. Put the punch and raspberry puree in a cool place.
  2. To serve, fill 4 long drink glasses halfway with the punch, then fill up with mineral water, 3 ice cubes, some raspberry puree and the raspberries that have been retained.
