Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients with the hand blender and mix finely until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Strain the mixture through a narrow sieve so that the raspberry stones are removed. Then turn the ice cream in the ice machine for about 75 minutes.
  3. The mass is designed for a 1.5 liter ice cream maker.
