Instructions

1. Put the raspberries in a container and puree, add sugar, cream and milk and keep stirring, finally season with lemon juice.
2. Put everything in the ice cream maker and let stir for 40 minutes. If you like it a little firmer, you can pour the ice cream into a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 60 minutes.
