Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries, frozen or fresh, if frozen, let thaw first
- 60 g suar
- 75 ml cream
- Lemon juice
- 25 ml milk or long-life milk

- Put the raspberries in a container and puree, add sugar, cream and milk and keep stirring, finally season with lemon juice.
- Put everything in the ice cream maker and let stir for 40 minutes. If you like it a little firmer, you can pour the ice cream into a bowl and place it in the freezer for about 60 minutes.
