Ingredients

200 g raspberries
4 tablespoon sugar
Lemon juice
200 g sour cream

Instructions

Puree the raspberries with sugar and then strain them through a sieve.
Season to taste with lemons and sugar as required.
Mix well with the sour cream and freeze in an ice cream maker.
It can also be prepared with frozen raspberries.
