Instructions

  1. Wash the lime, cut into 3 - 4 mm thick slices and place in a bowl. Spread the raspberries on top, sprinkle with sugar, cover with cling film and let sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pour raspberry-lemon syrup and mineral water over the fruits immediately before serving and stir gently.
