- Sort the raspberries or let the frozen ones thaw. Mix the raspberries with the preserving sugar.
- Peel and halve the papayas, remove the seeds and dice the pulp. Peel the apple and grate finely on the grater.
- Add the papaya pulp and grated apple to the raspberries and mix everything well. Cover and let stand for approx. 2 hours.
- Bring the fruit mixture to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Do not forget the gel test!
- Pour the jam into jars rinsed with hot water and close.
- Shelf life approx. 1 year
