Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 2 papaya
  • 1 apple
  • 250 g preservin suar, 3: 1

Instructions

  1. Sort the raspberries or let the frozen ones thaw. Mix the raspberries with the preserving sugar.
  2. Peel and halve the papayas, remove the seeds and dice the pulp. Peel the apple and grate finely on the grater.
  3. Add the papaya pulp and grated apple to the raspberries and mix everything well. Cover and let stand for approx. 2 hours.
  4. Bring the fruit mixture to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Do not forget the gel test!
  5. Pour the jam into jars rinsed with hot water and close.
  6. Shelf life approx. 1 year
