Ingredients
- 700 g papaya
- 300 g strawberries
- 500 g preservin suar, 2:12
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, peel, weigh and cut into small cubes. Puree the strawberries.
- Mix the fruits with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 4 minutes while stirring, fill into glasses while hot and close immediately.
