- 200 g strawberries
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds

- Bring the pureed fruit to the boil briefly with the sprinkling sugar. Stir in chia seeds, pour into a glass and let cool in the refrigerator.
- Note: You don`t necessarily have to cook the fruit. Then the jam can only be kept for a maximum of 1 - 2 days. By boiling it will keep in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days. Also tastes great in quark after lunch or for the popular overnights. Of course, you can also use other fruits.
