- 750 g raspberries
- 750 g preservin suar
- 1 lemon (s)
- 10 cl raspberry spirit

- Sort the raspberries well - if possible do not wash them, mix with the preserving sugar and cover and let stand for 3 - 4 hours. Bring to the boil with the lemon juice and the grated lemon zest and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Do not add the raspberry brandy until the mixture has stopped boiling. Fill directly into clean jars, close and let them cool down.
