  • 800 g rowan berries (mountain ash)
  • 1 liter schnapps, (grain)

Instructions

  1. Pick the berries after the 1st frost, sort and place in a carafe.
  2. Top up with the grain and close. Place the batch in a warm place for 6 weeks and let it mature. Shake occasionally.
  3. After the ripening period, filter and bottle. Let it rest for another 2 months, tightly closed.
