Instructions

  1. Pick the raspberries carefully, use only flawless berries. Do not wash the berries. Pour into a clean container, pour the vinegar over it, close tightly. Place on a windowsill for 7-10 days and let the vinegar steep. Swirl the glass gently in a circular motion twice a day.
  2. Then filter the vinegar through a clean cheesecloth and fill it into a suitable glass bottle. Keep in the dark.
