Peel and dice the onion, fry in a little oil until translucent, add the minced meat and fry, add the tomato paste and tomato paste, fill up with the broth, season with salt, pepper, paprika and a splash of lemon juice.
Cook the ravioli in salted water. Quench cold.
Put the ravioli and sauce in a baking dish, pour the peas over it, mix the sour cream with the cream cheese, season to taste and then spread over the ravioli and pea mixture. Scatter cheese on top and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
