Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot and grate raw, peel, core and grate the apple. Peel the shallots and dice them very finely.
  2. Mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, mix with beetroot and apple. Season to taste and let it steep (at least 3 hours, better overnight).
  3. This goes well with jacket potatoes and herb quark with spring onions.
