Instructions

  1. Slice a fresh pineapple and weigh out 200 g of pineapple pieces. Put this together with the cold water in a container and puree with the hand blender. Alternatively, this can of course also be done in a mixer.
  2. Then add the psyllium husk powder, stir quickly and immediately pour into serving vessels and let stand for about 10 - 15 minutes until the mixture has a pudding-like consistency.
