Wash off the kelp noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors. Pour the soy sauce over it and mix well. As long as the soy sauce is soaking in the kelp noodles, finely chop the fennel, carrot and beetroot leaves and the chard leaf. Also cut the ginger very finely. Add all of these ingredients to the bowl with the kelp noodles. Pour sesame oil, spices and spirulina powder over it and mix everything well.
