Instructions

  1. Combine the cabbage and onion in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice and fold into the cabbage mixture. Mix well. Season to taste and cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Can be served chilled, but also at room temperature.
  2. Tip: Please do not use yoghurt instead of sour cream: it will be too hot!
