Mix the fruits and 1/4 liter of the cherry juice with the sugar and bring to the boil. Then pour through a sieve and collect the juice.
Put juice in a saucepan and mix with sago. Now simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly (the first time I waited for the sago to dissolve: it doesn`t!). Now add the fruits and let simmer again briefly (5 minutes at most). Now pour everything into a bowl, sprinkle sugar on it (against the skin) and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with vanilla sauce and hurry so that you still get something - it`s really delicious!
Tip: You can take whatever is tangible as fruit - the main thing is that it is red. I usually take frozen forest fruits, with strawberries (possibly also frozen) and a glass of sour cherries (without stones).
