Instructions

  1. Rinse the beans with water and place in a bowl. Cut the onion, tomatoes (only take the pulp without the seeds) and peppers into cubes or fine strips, add to the beans and add chopped parsley or finely chopped chives.
  2. The marinade is made from vinegar and oil and seasoned with the spices.
  3. Mix everything together and let it steep for about 1/2 hour.
