Instructions

  1. Put the bulgur and the water in a bowl and let it steep for about 20 minutes. Fry the carrot slices and diced paprika in a pan in olive oil. Then add the diced onions and finally add the chili peppers, garlic and tomato paste and fry briefly. Add bulgur, ajvar and ketchup to the pan, season with salt, pepper, parsley and paprika powder.
  2. Let fry in the pan for another 5 minutes and then serve.
