- Remove the stalk from the red cabbage, peel the potatoes and cut both into bite-sized pieces (about 2 x 2 cm), cut the spring onions into rings.
- Put everything together in the First multicooker and pour the vegetable stock over it. Close the lid and valve and set the multicooker for 10 minutes.
- At the end of the cooking time, let the steam slowly escape while peeling and dicing the apples and dicing or crumbling the feta.
- As soon as the lid can be opened, stir in the apple cubes and cream cheese and let the apples steep. Season to taste with the spices.
- Stir in the feta just before serving.
