Chop the broccoli and cut the zucchini into sticks. Briefly blanch both in boiling water. Drain well and let cool.
Cut the red cabbage into thin strips, cut the radishes and cucumber into small sticks and the tomatoes into half slices. Finally, cut the herbs into small pieces.
Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar in a cup or something similar. Put all the vegetables together in a bowl and mix with the oil and vinegar dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
