Instructions

  1. Cut red cabbage into small pieces and sauté with the chopped onion and garlic in a little oil.
  2. Add the roasted pine nuts, sultanas and thyme, season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta until al dente and mix with the red cabbage.
  3. Put everything in a baking dish and cover with the cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
