- Cut red cabbage into small pieces and sauté with the chopped onion and garlic in a little oil.
- Add the roasted pine nuts, sultanas and thyme, season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta until al dente and mix with the red cabbage.
- Put everything in a baking dish and cover with the cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
