- Cut the red cabbage into fine strips and the dates into pieces. Crumble the feta cheese. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
- Put the olive oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes and salt in a small bowl and make a dressing. Mix the red cabbage strips with the dates and dressing.
- Arrange on plates. Garnish with feta cheese, parsley and the sesame seeds.
