Red Cabbage Salad with Horseradish
Instructions
- Clean and quarter the red cabbage and cut into fine strips.
- Peel and finely chop the onions.
- Mix the salt, white pepper, vinegar and onions together well. Mix in 5 tablespoons of oil and then pour the whole thing over the red cabbage.
- Add the horseradish and cranberries and knead everything well (preferably with your hands).
- Cover and let stand for 15-30 minutes.
