Ingredients

  • 4 onion (s), red
  • 800 g red cabbae
  • 7 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon horseradish, grated
  • 100 g cranberries
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and quarter the red cabbage and cut into fine strips.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  3. Mix the salt, white pepper, vinegar and onions together well. Mix in 5 tablespoons of oil and then pour the whole thing over the red cabbage.
  4. Add the horseradish and cranberries and knead everything well (preferably with your hands).
  5. Cover and let stand for 15-30 minutes.
