Instructions

  1. Knead the finely chopped red cabbage with about 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and salt for 5 minutes until soft.
  2. Then mix with sour cream and a dash of apple cider vinegar and leave it to stand overnight.
  3. Season to taste again before serving.
  4. Tastes delicious with grilled dishes and stews.
