Ingredients
- 0.25 ¼ head red cabbage
- 100 g sour cream
- salt
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar

- Knead the finely chopped red cabbage with about 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and salt for 5 minutes until soft.
- Then mix with sour cream and a dash of apple cider vinegar and leave it to stand overnight.
- Season to taste again before serving.
- Tastes delicious with grilled dishes and stews.
