Ingredients
- 250 g red cabbae
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 orange (s), 1 the pulp, 1 the juice
- 1 apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- 50 g raisins
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 handful nuts, roughly grated

- Dice the onion, apple and 1 orange, mash the banana. Mix in the nuts, mix everything with the juice, oil and honey and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grate in the red cabbage and let the salad steep for at least 30 minutes.
- You can also replace the lemon juice with buttermilk.
- As a starter, the amount is enough for 3 or 4 servings.
