Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head red cabbage (approx. 500 g)
- 2 small kohlrabi
- 200 g sour cream
- 50 g Miracel Whip Balance
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Roughly grate the red cabbage and kohlrabi and place in a bowl.
- Mix the sour cream, miracle whip and vinegar and then season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the grated vegetables, stir and let steep for at least an hour.
