Ingredients
- 500 g red cabbae
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
- 20 ml red wine vinegar
- 20 ml balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml apple juice
- 40 ml oil, neutral in taste, e.g. rapeseed oil

- Finely slice the red cabbage with a slicer or grate it with a food processor.
- Make a dressing from the spices, vinegar, apple juice and oil and pour over the red cabbage, mix well and refrigerate.
- Let it steep for at least 2 hours, or even better overnight in the refrigerator.
