Ingredients
- 100 g bulur
- 250 g red cabbae
- 1 onion (s)
- salt
- oil
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon harissa
- 4 stalks parsley, smooth
- 100 g natural yourt
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 100 g feta cheese

- Put the bulgur with a little salt in 250 ml of boiling water, cover and let soak on the switched off stove.
- Clean the red cabbage and cut into fine strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Season both in a bowl with salt and knead vigorously with your hands.
- Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the cabbage mixture over medium heat. Season with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 - 2 tablespoons of honey and, if necessary, salt. Continue steaming for 5 minutes,
- Season the bulgur with 1 - 2 teaspoons of harissa. Roughly chop the parsley leaves. Stir the yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth and roughly crumble the feta
- Serve the red cabbage with bulgur, feta and yoghurt and sprinkle with parsley.
